Lance has been serving the Dallas wine community for over three decades, bringing his expertise and passion to renowned establishments such as Sigel’s Fine Wines & Great Spirits, Centennial Fine Wine & Spirits, and Pogo’s Wine & Spirits. From 2012 to 2015, he ran Domaine Wine Company with his close friend and colleague, James Moll, honing his skills as an entrepreneur and wine professional.

In October 2024, Lance joined Graileys Fine Wines, where he now specializes in sharing rare, old, and highly sought-after wines with his clients, offering a level of provenance that only a select few merchants can provide.

With a natural curiosity and adventurous spirit, Lance has traveled the globe to discover the world’s most compelling wines, visiting iconic wine regions and forming lasting relationships with growers and producers. Over the years, he’s gathered invaluable hands-on experience and loves to tell the stories of wine to his friends in an unpretentious, fun manner.

Lance’s dedication to wine is backed by formal education through the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET), the Society of Wine Educators, and the Court of Master Sommeliers, solidifying his deep knowledge and commitment to the craft.
