My WOTN from Greg’s bday bash. At nearly 20 years of age, the color is still a brilliant pale gold. Initially, this was unapologetically Coche, showing a degree of gunflint reduction. After half an hour of decant, it blossomed to show bright lemon, underripe orange, apricot, peach, honey and white flowers. So focused and delineated with extraordinary depth. Delicious now but suspect another 3-5 would pay dividends. 🥂
