Double decanted and back to bottle, but impenetrable for about 90 minutes. It was worth the wait when it finally opened up, getting really floral with green apple, pear, lemon, orange zest, blossom, clove and wet stone. Rich and full-bodied, with lots of dry extract and bracing acidity to keep it lively and fresh.
